Not in spam or anywhere. Email is good, i have a keyboard shortcut I always use for that email, so it definitely wasn’t punched in incorrectly

The leaderboard doesn’t change between “Level 1 Global” and “Everyone global” it just hides the levels of people. Not sure its purpose.

the level leaderboard will be the same until season reset

when a season starts you will placed into the leaderboard that is equal to your player level

so the first season here will be a little confusing

Not sure if intended, but when watching replays, if you rewind to the beginning of a match after someone scores, the scores of the replay don’t revert to what they were, so it becomes confusing to know which round of a match you are replaying since the scores could be, for example, 3-1 at the end of a match, but after hitting the rewind button (far left), the scores stay 3-1

Woah not sure if this has been reported, but it’s possible to quit out of a game before you connect to another player, yet the game still starts. I just found out because I clicked the [X] right after someone else connected, but then as I found myself on the leaderboards, it showed a [spectate] icon, and I clicked it, and I joined the game and then played it...

Shows a lost connection logo even though connection is fine, will work if you restart the app

Almost lost the game but was luckily up 2-0 to start so they only tied it while the app restarted

It seemed to be triggered by me using the emote button on the right side of the screen

It’s kinda made the audio do a popping noise and shudder then no connection

A relatively complicated bug, but if you are able to cancel the match even though both players connected (in the screenshot below), you will be put back into the main menu because you canceled. But from there, you can go over to the leaderboard or Motorball TV and spectate yourself, which puts you back into the game. In the 2/5 times I was able to reproduce the bug, my opponent was afk. I don’t know if this was due to to them not connecting because the match was canceled, or they just decided not to play. (edited)

Also, if you’re opponent is connected to the game while you are not (and you don’t manage to reconnect by spectating yourself), they will get a free win because the match will still play out while you are afk

This could be a bug or not, but when you listen to Spotify while opening the app (on android at least) it pauses the music. When you are in the actual app, and start the music again, it plays fine.

It’s pointless to speak about that. In golf blitzed there were some optimization issues as well. Better spend money on good provider, nah we will stay here and get what we get

I’m in Russia. I have no problems with all other games. My ping is 2ms, but NC servers are the beast one in all their games

Sometimes tapping right above a locked cosmetic in the shop will bring up a cosmetic from a completely different category. For instance, here I tapped above the Percy car and was promoted to purchase the token key. It's pretty easy to replicate by scrolling one of the other pages down slightly so that the position of the cosmetic you were looking at is just above the position if a cosmetic on another page. I'm using a Motorola G7 Power which runs on Android 9.

The sticky hitbox is incredibly larger than the actual sticky... I would rather have the hitbox be smaller, and some outer edges you can pass through, than not be touching it at all visually, and still get stuck

Ok I told yesterday about optimization, physics and connection. All I got was “game is hard”. Nope, this game has huge troubles and issues with optimization of network or physics. I see different pictures in game with laggy stuff which cause me to predict my moves different ways and I got smth else at the end. We are talking there about small bug issues like pixels, texts etc but the most important problem is connection ping or physics! There is no way to play this game for both players who sees different picture of their games, thanks! I see this message like always is not gonna be seen in serious way and gonna be excuses like it’s paranoid or hard game for noobs.

2 videos of only one of all situation will be pinned down below. But the game runs like this way in all moves and smashes with balls, not talking about delays of cars.

I had a game black screen me because I hit the red X right when someone joined

I was then allowed to queue up like normal but didn't get a match for about 5 seconds, so I backed out and saw that the "live match" was actually me versus someone. I then clicked the "watch" button and it took me to the lobby I had originally backed out of and let me play as normal. (edited)

Not sure why but my car just died mid game and there was nothing I could do until I got scored on. Everything was fine after the reset and I was able to pull out the win luckily.

It’s now fixed to where you first press your finger each time. Without Fixed Joystick, the joystick will gradually creep towards your finger as your steer around I agree though that it would be good to have the Joystick to stay in one spot forever and you can tap around to jolt in different directions

no it’s a known issue in this build - which also breaks properly rejoining a match after a disconnect (edited)

also the countdown timer before a match is off - it, for me at least iOS, always starts at 5 seconds remaining

in the last 60 mins or so every attempt to 'watch' a match shows the bad network symbol bottom-centre, no activity on playfield but timer counting down. one of these matches just went to overtime and the gold ball is as static as the normal one ie no player movement... forced timeout on watched matches if network probs? (i know i can click the ❌ but client should detect there's nothing to connect to/wait for to watch)

I went into matchmaking decided to cancel but was matched right before I canceled. I tried to match again and was unable to after 10 seconds when I returned back to the home screen my match was listed on Motorball TV when I tried to watch it it took me to matchmaking screen with a frozen countdown of 15

Force closing and reopening did not get me into the match

ok i’ve done some intensive testing on the homing missile and the standing/ not moving missile this can only happen at kickoff when you haven’t moved your car yet - when you already moved your car once - it seems to have some remaining inertia - i had my car standing after an initial move for 20s and fired of the missile and it went its way - all good i would say (edited)

replay bug if you hit the start over button the goals on top don’t reset

but just tried again mid game - they’ll stay at the current score but continue counting once the second replay passes the score you restarted at - so it’s not entirely frozen

You might not know what quite happened so let me explain... Right before he hit the ball into his goal, I used the dodgeball powerup... funny enough, you don’t see the dodgeball ever and instead, my opponent flies forward into the ball... is this because my opponent was in the spot where the ball spawned so it just shot him?

I know stats are messed up but maybe this will help with something. If I tap leaderboard it shows 13 win streak but if I go to the player tab it shows 11 win streak. 13 win streak is correct according to replays. (edited)

It happens if you buy something -> enter matchmaking or another scene before the XP animation goes away

I think it was the same bug that was affecting medals as well

Don’t know if anyone else deals with this but sometimes my boost sticks, like I will press it and let go but it will stay on and end up continuously running until it’s either out or I tap the boost button again. And then it makes it so I can’t use my power up at the same time

I upgraded to a new phone, and I’m unable to access my account on the new phone. I went to the recover page, had it send me a recovery code to my email, and put that code in. But instead of recovering my account, it tells me that an error occurred. weird i had the umbrella equipped i then clicked an orange cloud and it crashed, now that i think about it this morning when reset happened and I had more coins i unlocked everything i could which included 4-5 trails, when they unlocked they all appeared as orange clouds. until i left the game and reopened it later but i didnt think nothing of it

I have a few bugs

Submarine is the buggy still, petals decal looks like craters, if you unlock something and get xp, and go to something else straight away, the background gets like faded blue but the number where the xp is stays not blue, and the timer before games is still broken

I had one last bug appear when I tried downloading the game again today from TestFlight. It only happened once, and I tried replicating it but couldn’t. I was playing, and all of a sudden the control joystick was glitching and then got stuck in the top left corner and I couldn’t get it to move back down. Again, could have just been a random occurrence, but I’m not sure. Device: iPhone 7+ running iOS 13.1.2

This was in the tutorial by the way

Level filter is filtered by the level you started the season at. Since everyone is new, the filter won’t apply until next season.

@erik The level leaderboard shows what level you were at beginning of the season. So for this season everyone who plays it will show level 1. Say next season you start at level 3 you will be in the level 3 leaderboard still even if you level up to 4 during that season.

lol - i said it twice already - i’m not planning to play longer than 1/2 seasons - i was lucky enough to have played a pre-version since January with a few others here ... so i’m happy if i can provide some feedback / bug reports to make the game more enjoyable for everyone ... but i don’t have to be playing myself (too long) ... and if i’m not playing i’m not modding (that’s why i’m a mod on the FG server - still play at least once per week ... it just never gets old for me somehow)

I might be able to help here... if you exit out of matchmaking just as you have been matched, the game will go ahead without you

Then you play another game at the same time, but you've just lost that first game. To your opponent, you appear to be sitting AFK.

Has happened to me a few times, so I'm very careful not to exit out during matchmaking.

If you search for a match but then cancel- sometimes the game will still put you in a game with someone, even though you’re not aware of it

Also if you close the app before the match fully ends and click home- that replay won’t show in your game history

level filter for leaderboard does NOT work properly for lvl1:

i assume it’s due to the persons that are stuck with the wrong trophies due to playing before the squish

So performance issues on apple devices

On my device whenever sticky is deployed during overtime it starts to lag really bad and becomes unplayable

Whenever 2 stickies at a time are deployed it drops frames

And when it goes into overtime it’s frozen for about 3 seconds and then updates

I’m on iPad Air 2 if that helps

replays are saved locally - and i don’t think using / playing multiple accounts on one phone is accounted for - it’s done a lot also in GB - just storing them in subfolders with the appropriate account name would fix that issue

but might also fill up your phone’s storage

unless you clear your apps data (which is not possible on iOS btw)

Sparkles decal didn't work on all other cars I tried, its just a static decal. Whereas other animated decals worked. For example, didn't work on the Buggy or the Muscle one. Today when I load up the game and check it works. Maybe there is a client side glitch when changing that decal?

The last game I played, from the countdown 321 go immediately was sliding all over, it would grab for a second and then go the opposite way I was trying to make a girl no power ups were involved happens throughout the game until my opponent reaches three goals.

This map has been very glitchy since the last update for me. Here is 3 examples in the same game. Two of them show the ball doing weird movements towards the goal that never happened before. One shows me going out of the map. Other times I (my vehicle) will glitch around also in the same area. Seems to be anything inside the circle in front of net. (edited)

@Kay-Lynne im sure you already know but one of the sand maps is glitched badly around the goals. When near the goals you car will teleport into walls. The ball also can glitch in/ out of the goal making many of the goals scored on the map unfair and cheap as they randomly glitch in often. (edited)

Well, when I first opened it, I was unable to, and that was the case for days. So no, I was not able to play a game for a period of many days.

I am aware how it works, my DM to Kay was regarding whether that requirement can be bypassed for the season given the downtime for iPad users.

In other words, I sat stuck at 400 and unranked for the entire season.

Other people had the same problem all through out the season, and none of them are crying over losing the reward last season as far as I’m aware. It would be way too hard to program it so every player gets a reward no matter if they play or not, and why should someone get rewards if they didn’t play a game that season, doesn’t make sense. So my opinion would be to “suck it up buttercup” and start playing games this season to make up for lost time. (edited)

For those having issues right now with the game crashing at main screen, I've found a little trick to still be able to play. Keep tapping right above the wrench. You should be able to have just enough time to get past the main screen, and play a normal match.

After each match though, you will have to close out the game, and repeat the process over. Little trick though for now till the update comes out.

Ah, gotcha. I would just send an email to Noodle Cake. My account wasn't completely backed up, but they were able to secure it for me, and give me the recovery code. Simple process if you email them.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I think I notice a glitch why there are so many games where the other player isn't there at all. When your searching for a match, if you it the X to cancel searching at the same time as it says Match Found, it won't let you go back to that match by going back in to search again. But if you close the app completely, and reopen, it'll connect you to that match that you would have probably lost trophies on, if this is true. I'll test some more.

You'll see a lot of the top players wait for reconnects in those situations, some don't but most of them do

It's only really a problem low in cups where everyone is desperate for a win
